Waterbom Water park
If you are in Seminyak with children, or you feel like bringing out your inner child, Waterbom Water Park in Kuta is a great place to spend a day. The Race track and Climax are recommended for the thrill seekers, while the less adventurous will enjoy a ride down Lazy River.
Bali Trick Art Gallery
At the Bali Trick Art Gallery you can step into one of the museums 3D paintings and get your photo taken. With more than 80 paintings, there are plenty to choose from. You can pose with a dinosaur, or on the back of a horse. You can even get a family portrait taken on a broken suspension bridge, or within an ancient Egyptian tomb.
The museum is open every day of the week.
Pura Petitenget might not be as impressive as some of Bali’s better known temples, but with its central location at the beach right off Jalan Petitenget, it is reachable by foot from most locations in Seminyak.
If you are lucky you might get to see one of the spectacular beach side ceremonies that are regularly held in front of Pura.
Bali Safari and Marine Park
Another one for the kids is the Bali Safari and Marine Park where a safari tram drives you through open areas with zebras, hippos, rhinos, and tigers. The park also has a fresh water aquarium and hosts different animal shows and a fun zone with different joy rides.
The Park is located south of Gianyar, a 45 minute drive from Seminyak.

The Nirwana features terraced rice paddies and a signature hole right next to Bali’s iconic Tanah Lot temple. New Kuta is a links style course with a spectacular ocean view from the steep cliffs of the Bukit. Bali National Golf Course takes you through coconut groves and is played with the Mount Agung volcano in the distant horizon.
Along the beach, several elegant beach clubs attracts the glitterati of Seminyak. You shouldn’t deny yourself a visit to at least one of them whether it will be for a lazy breakfast, to lounge by the pool during the day, to watch the sun sets into the Indian Ocean, an evening cocktail, or to dine in one of the beach Club restaurants, which are among some of Seminyak’s best.
