Terms & Conditions
Check-In and Check-Out Time
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be arranged based on availability. Guests should communicate this in advance.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out before 6:00 PM is chargeable at 50% of published rates. Late check-out after 6:00 PM is chargeable at 100%. Booking and confirmation are based on availability.
Cancellation
- All cancellations must be notified in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- If a booking is canceled 30 days (Low Season) or 60 days (High and Peak Season) before the check-in date, the deposit payment will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit all payments. Final payments are non-refundable.
- No-show bookings will result in forfeiture of all payments.
- If Maviba Villas and Resorts cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative period, alternative accommodation, or a full refund of rental costs. We are not liable for additional costs related to travel arrangements.
Payments
Maviba Villas and Resorts accepts payments via cash, bank transfers, Visa, and MasterCard (processed via PayPal or DOKU online payment) and card swipe machines at the villa.
All bank transfer fees, PayPal fees, and a 3% credit card surcharge fee are the guest's responsibility.
Age and Room Capacity
- Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests should provide their total group size before booking.
- Maximum occupancy applies to guests aged 6 and above. Infants (0–2 years) can use a baby cot (provided free of charge, 1 unit per villa). Children (3–5 years) may share a bed with parents. For children aged 6 and above, extra beds are recommended.
Pets
Pets are strictly not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Guests may smoke in designated pool areas.
Booking Procedure
- Reservations can be made via email (reservation@mavibalirentals.com), website, WhatsApp, or phone. Detailed guest information is required, including the group size, nationality, and ages.
- Our reservation team will respond within 12 hours. If no response is received, contact us at info@mavibalirentals.com.
- If the villa is available, we will provide detailed information, rates, and instructions to finalize your reservation.
- Confirm reservations promptly, especially during high and peak seasons.
Confirmation
- Reservations are confirmed when the guest responds to availability and pricing information and completes the required payment.
- Deposits or full payments must be made within the specified timeframe. Failure to settle payments will result in automatic cancellation.
- Once payments are received, a confirmation and updated invoice will be issued.
- Final balances must be settled 30 days (Low Season) or 60 days (High and Peak Season) before arrival. Late payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of prior payments.

High and Peak Season: 60 days prior to arrival
Seasons
- Low Season: January 9–June 15, September 16–December 19
- High Season: June 16–July 31, September 1–September 15, Chinese New Year, and Easter week
- Peak Season: August 1–August 31, December 20–December 26, January 4–January 8
- Paramount Season: December 27–January 3
Minimum Stay Requirement
- Low Season: 1 night
- High Season: 3 nights
- Peak Season: 5 nights
- Paramount Season: 7 nights
Events and Parties
Each villa has specific rules for events and parties. Communicate your plans at the time of booking. Special approvals, surcharges, and security deposits may apply.
Security Deposit, Loss, and Damage
- Maviba Villas and Resorts is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Use the provided safety box for valuables.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Insurance
- Guests are strongly encouraged to have comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss, cancellations, and emergencies, including medical evacuation.
Regulations
- Guests must be registered with local authorities within 24 hours of arrival. Villa staff will collect passport copies for registration.
- Guests must comply with Indonesian laws, particularly concerning illegal substances. Violations may result in removal from the property and notification of local authorities.
- Guests should respect noise levels and the privacy of neighbors.
Complaints and Force Majeure
- Report any issues to the villa immediately to resolve them promptly.
- No complaints will be entertained after departure.
- Maviba Villas and Resorts is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, flight delays, or adverse weather.
