Description

The villa is easy walking distance of Seminyak’s sunset bars, restaurants, boutiques, spas and tucked away down a quiet lane, moments from Petitenget Beach. The luxurious living spaces and glamorous bedroom suites, contemporary furnishings and designer homewares in a palette of cool grey and dusky pink. In the enormous vaulted living pavilion, uncompromisingly comfortable super-sized sofas sit on acres of marble flooring, and a solid Suar wood dining table stretches almost four meters under uber-chic pendant lighting – all facing a 21-metre swimming pool edged with an ironwood sun deck.

Forming an L shape around the villa inviting 21-metre swimming pool are two interconnecting buildings linked by a colonnade: a two-level pavilion containing the four bedroom suites – opening onto the pool deck at garden level and onto a covered terrace on the upper level – lies at the far end of the pool, opposite the villa entrance. Along the full length of the pool is the large open-sided living pavilion and, behind, a kitchen and service area. At the intersection of both buildings is a media room (which can double as a fifth bedroom) and, above, a sunset roof terrace. By the entrance is a poolside dining bale.

-Capacity:10 people (5 en-suite bedrooms: 2 with king beds; 3 twin/convertible to king);2 extra beds at additional charge.

-Living Areas: Open-air fan-cooled living and dining pavilion; poolside breakfast balé; rooftop lounge.

-Pool:21m x 4m (including a shallow wading area for children).

-Staff: Villa manager; housekeeping/butlers; gardener and security. Additional staff (e.g. babysitters and massage therapists) available on request for an additional charge.

-Dining: A private chef can be organized for an additional charge of USD 55++ per day. Grocery cost is charged 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

-Communication: WiFi broadband internet access throughout; telephone for local calls. International calls at extra charge.

-Entertainment:32-inch satellite TV in every bedroom; Bose speakers in the living pavilion.

-For families: Casa Brio is well equipped for families. In-villa facilities include a cot, high chair and car booster seat. Other equipment can be supplied on request for a small additional charge.

-Transport: A car (seats 7 passengers) and driver is available for daily rental (8 hours) at US$45++ excluding petrol. Additional hours incur a small extra charge.

-Additional facilities: Hand rail in downstairs guest bathroom for our senior guests; safety deposit boxes in each bedroom ; full back-up diesel powered generator.

Cancellation
-Maviba requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email are acceptable.)
Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners.
-Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.
-No show is subject to forfeiture of all payments you have made
-Alterations and Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that a villa becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer alternative period if possible, alternative accommodation if available, or a full refund of all payments you have made.

-Refund is limited only to the rental costs. We are not liable to cover costs that may incur related to your travel arrangement i.e. administration fee to reschedule your flight, etc.

-Maviba accepts any type of payment method such as cash, bank transfer, western union, Visa and MasterCard only can be process via PayPal, online payment by DOKU and swipe machine in Bali.
-Any Bank transfer fees, PayPal fee, and credit card surcharge fee will be guest liability.
