Description

The contemporary-styled Villa is located just 300 meters from Echo Beach, a lively surfing destination in the hip ‘n happening district of Canggu on Bali’s south-west coast. Designed specifically with families in mind, the two-storey villa has four bedrooms (with extra trundle beds for kids), a pair of open-sided pavilions for living and dining, an air-conditioned TV room, a 12 x 10-metre swimming pool, a large bale relaxation pavilion, and an expansive flat lawn. This luxurious private pool 4 bedroom villa’s equally sized bedrooms make it a good choice for groups of friends, while the gorgeous garden setting seals the deal for weddings and events.

Villa is a study in symmetry, comprising three buildings, a 12 x 10-metre swimming pool and a large bale relaxation pavilion. The main two-storey building incorporates a furnished entrance foyer, the four ensuite bedrooms and an air-conditioned media room, bordered by terraces and a wide balcony. Two shingle-roofed, open-sided pavilions either side of the pool house the living room, the dining area and a bright fitted kitchen. Beyond the pool and the comfortable bale relaxation pavilion are the generous walled gardens and large lawn – a perfect playground for kids and a sublime setting for special celebrations.

Capacity: 8 people (4 ensuite bedrooms: 3 with king-size beds, one with twins convertible to a king). 2 kids may use the trundles in the twin room and 4 other kids may sleep in the media room. One additional bed may be set up in one of the upper floor rooms. Extra charge applies after 8 guests.

Living areas :Open-sided dining and living pavilions; air-conditioned TV lounge.

Pool ,Main pool: 12m x 10m. 0.15m-1.8m depth; Kid's pool: 10m x 2m x 0.3m.

Staff : Villa manager; assistant manager; private chef; butler/housekeeping; security; garden; maintenance. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses, driver) available on request for a small extra cost.

Dining : Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes. Requests accommodated (including special diets or barbeque). Grocery cost is charged 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

Communication :WiFi internet access; landline for local calls; mobile phone coverage. Computer, fax, scanner and printer on request.

Transport: The villa offers to use a 7-seater car with driver for up to 8 hours at a special daily rate of US$45++ (excluding petrol). If additional transport is required, don’t hesitate to ask the villa manager to call one of the island’s safe and reasonably priced metered taxis, or to organize day or half-day car and driver hire for sightseeing (additional cost).

Weddings & events :Events for up to 100 seated or 150 standing guests can be arranged at the villa with prior notice.

Cancellation-The Villa requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email are acceptable.)Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners.-Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay.
